Seaside Serenity - Stylish 4BR Home

Beautiful spacious home in a lovely peaceful location Positive: It was the best home we've ever stayed in. Perfect for a family. Lots of space with everything you need and with amazing views in a very quiet peaceful area. 2 minutes away was the best coffee at Cockle Bay coffee cart and where we met lots of locals on the beach and they were super friendly. We have had the best family holiday. It wasn't too far to travel from here to Auckland zoo, Kelly Tarlton & Rainbows End either e 😀 Negative: No.it was awesome. Would love totally come back again in a heart beat

Positive: The bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds. Nice kktchen, nice shower with good water pressure and hot water. Huge living room. Negative: Should have advise the customer before check in that how the entry door lock works.

A great location and the perfect house to accommodate our family group. Plenty of room and a great layout for enjoying each other's company throughout the weekend - whether in the open plan kitchen or watching the game in the lounge. A great outlook from every room and really comfy beds (everyone commented!). Plenty of parking, Howick Village handy as are some great walks and tracks from the house.

Positive: Seaside Serenty did not disappoint. The home was an amazing stay, a great, peaceful location with a beautiful view of the beachside, spacious with all the space required to escape our 4 children, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms were perfect for our stay, great views with driving out, My wife, kids, and I would highly recommend this home to all our family and friends traveling to New Zealand and with have most certainly found our temporary holiday home for would stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you, Matters, for your hospitality and hosting my family and I, and we hope to see you again. 😊😊🇦🇺 Negative: Maybe the front door lock needs adjusting and more lighting for the steps leading to the front door. Decking most definitely needs repairs, but in saying this, we had no issues with our stay

Pleasant good location to cockle bay but just bit tired and needing update. Beach towels would have Positive: Location was good. We had a lot of problems with booking.com 4 days prior to booking in. Not fault of owners who were helpful unlike booking.com. They nearly lost business as a result of booking.com inefficiency. Negative: Sofa in lounge not good. Coffee machine not good. Decking was on tired.
