Однозначно рекомендую это место для отдыха! Positive: Это был наш первый опыт аренды апартаментов, и как оказалось - чудесный опыт. Расположение просто превосходное. Нам довелось встретить новый год именно здесь, поэтому то, что из окна и балкона было видно Sky Tower - стало для нас большой удачей, поскольку с нами был маленький ребенок и ночью много погулять нам не удалось бы. Номер был очень чистый, аккуратный. На кухне была вся необходимая посуда. В ванной комнате была стиральная и сушильная машина, что очень удобно. В общем, мы очень рады, что выбрали именно это место. А ещё хочу поделиться небольшим приключением наших курток. Дело в том, что при выезде мы забыли куртки в номере, и обнаружили это только через 2 недели, когда были в городе Haast. Хозяин любезно согласился отправить их в Christchurch и помог с оплатой, предложив удобный способ. Благодарим Вас за помощь и за отличный отдых в этих прекрасных апартаментах.

To summarize: Poorly cleaned, unsafe, and in need of a major renovation before being considered suitable for guests. Main issues: - Poorly maintained, dirty kitchen and bathroom, lingering bad odors. - No air conditioning, limited ventilation. - Garbage bin without liner, bad smell in cupboards, dirty oven, unsafe cooktop, broken dishwasher with water inside - Cobwebs, hair in corners, cracked/sagging mirror doors, broken heated towel rack brackets, grimy shower screen with sharp edge - Unstable and rotting balcony floor and chair - Wall with cracks and a hole in sleeping area - Nonfunctional internet

It's cheap for more than one reason. Positive: Location. Negative: A poorly maintained property. No air conditioning, limited ventilation. Apartment has bad smell, especially in kitchen cupboards and drawers. Not properly cleaned, bad smell from garbage bin which had no liner bag. Cooktop is scary, oven is dirty. Bathroom has cobwebs and tangled hair in corners. Cracked and sagging mirror doors on cabinet, heated towel rack has sharp broken brackets. Shower screen frame is grimy and has a sharp corner at base. Dishwasher not working as the electric switch is broken and unsafe. Internet not working, cables and electrical cables are tangled and not connected. Wall in sleeping area has a hole and cracks. Balcony floor is rotting and unstable, top railing is rotting, outdoor furniture is unstable. Seriously, this apartment needs a major makeover, and safety issues need to be addressed before someone is injured. Of the numerous places I have stayed in from Booking.com, this is the worst. Please remove this property from the site.

Perfect, cosy and tidy place to stay. Central to CBD and viaduct. Positive: Nice, tidy and central to Auckland CBD everything at your fingertips. Easy access to viaduct and short walk to CBD. great food locations. Nice, clean and tidy area. Spacious apartment with balcony overlooking the street. Negative: Directions should be more clear when arriving at the property and locating the room. some TLC to bathroom and fridge! We had some drinks end up frozen in the fridge area. Otherwise great place!
