Cosy City Center studio w/ balcony

Positive: buona la posizione Negative: era sporco e il terzo letto non era pronto

Très bon emplacement et bon rapport qualité prix Positive: L'emplacement est génial. La chambre est propre et suffisante pour notre séjour. Negative: Des petits travaux de rénovations sont à prévoir quand même (trous et fissures dans le mur), pas de Wi-Fi alors qu'il y avait une box de branchée.

Great base for exploring Auckland and eating out. Positive: The previous tenant was supposd to leave the key in the keybox but apparently didn't. However a key was delivered in about 1/2 hour. Excellent location for a base to explore Auckland. Right next to restaurants, bars etc. Easy walk to SkyTower. The room was spacious and comfortable. Negative: There were a few maintenance issues that were a little annoying but we didn't let them spoil our stay. Some were not the fault of the management (like new modem installed but provider hadn't "switched on" the internet). The room does not have airconditioning but a fan is provided. The hot water tank which is in a cupboard seems to keep the place warm - great for winter but could be a problem in hot weather. On the Saturday night there was some noise from revellers leaving the entertainment precinct. The unit is on the ground floor.

Very disappointed with the experience and this appertment should not be advertised by you. Positive: NA Breakfast not included Negative: Early notification of key collecting details, there was no wifi and I could not use my phone, there was damage to the walls but I was not informed of this, air conditioning did not exist even though the advertisement listed it, no security on the balcony windows and no fly screens to enable windows to be opened on this ground floor unit, the temperature was hot and sleeping difficult as a result, wall lights not working, no soap for hand basin. Because there was no wifi, I did not receive details of key drop off in time, and had to leave them on the table inside. A spoilt holiday. When I spoke to the owner, using a friend’s phone, she told me that I should not expect any more of the accommodation as it was cheap. However, my friend was staying on the wharf area, with no issues, beautiful view, air conditioning, wifi for only $8, booked through Booking.com.

Однозначно рекомендую это место для отдыха! Positive: Это был наш первый опыт аренды апартаментов, и как оказалось - чудесный опыт. Расположение просто превосходное. Нам довелось встретить новый год именно здесь, поэтому то, что из окна и балкона было видно Sky Tower - стало для нас большой удачей, поскольку с нами был маленький ребенок и ночью много погулять нам не удалось бы. Номер был очень чистый, аккуратный. На кухне была вся необходимая посуда. В ванной комнате была стиральная и сушильная машина, что очень удобно. В общем, мы очень рады, что выбрали именно это место. А ещё хочу поделиться небольшим приключением наших курток. Дело в том, что при выезде мы забыли куртки в номере, и обнаружили это только через 2 недели, когда были в городе Haast. Хозяин любезно согласился отправить их в Christchurch и помог с оплатой, предложив удобный способ. Благодарим Вас за помощь и за отличный отдых в этих прекрасных апартаментах.
